SOUTH EAST WASHINGTON
(Walla Walla, Columbia, and Garfield Counties);
WHITMAN-ASOTIN
(Whitman and Asotin Counties);
APPLE VALLEY
(Adams, Franklin, Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, and the non-986 offices of Klickitat Counties)."
